Goal specific training


1 on 1 coaching is what I have found to be the most effective method of training. Before we begin we go through a consultation, assessments and set goals. 3 sessions per week seems to work the best, and we will plan out what to do on the other days. The sessions are instructional and I will take you through the movements to get to your goal while teaching you why we do them at the same time. Sessions are 50 minutes long and we be progressing the program as we go. I am usually fully booked, but send me an email to see if any times have opened up and hopefully we can set up a consultation.
